As the consortium organizer of the NIPA Smart Factory Demonstration Project, Pluxity can be found at the NIPA Excellent Business Pavilion (#C30). In addition, as a participant in the 'Smart City Urban Infrastructure Intelligentization Integration Demonstration Project' to implement AIoT-based citizen safety park services, we will also participate in the Seongnam City booth (#A34).
Privacy Policy for Pluxity Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is established and disclosed to protect the personal information of data subjects in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act and to promptly and smoothly handle related complaints. The following is the translation of the privacy policy:
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for any other purposes than the following, and if the purpose of use is changed, separate consent will be obtained in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

The Company uses personal information within the previously notified scope and neither uses the information beyond the agreed-upon scope without the prior consent of the data subject nor, in general, discloses personal information to external parties. However, exceptions apply in the following circumstances:

- In cases where it is necessary to comply with the provisions of the laws and regulations, or in cases where a demand is made by a law enforcement agency in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by the laws and regulations for the purpose of investigation.
In general, we do not outsource the processing of personal information without the user's consent. Nevertheless, to ensure efficient and enhanced customer service, the Company may outsource the processing of personal information to other companies but strictly within a limited scope. If we are to enter into an outsourcing agreement, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, we will notify the data subjects of the subcontractor, details of the outsourced tasks, duration of the outsourcing agreement, details of the outsourcing agreement (stipulation of compliance with personal information protection laws and regulations, prohibition of third-party provision of personal information, and assignment of related responsibilities), and matters concerning the safe management of personal information through announcements and our privacy policy and, where necessary, obtain prior consent.
